Recently, employees from the KINLI project team were allowed to visit the cooked ham production of Sauels Group. The visit aimed at determining the requirements and potential of AI in meat production. The Arnstadt site was particularly suitable for this: The consortium was able to get closer to the integration of AI in the meat industry and thus to understand the complex process steps.
