2° De natuurverschijnselen met uitzonderlijk karakter of van uitzonderlijke hevigheid of de massieve en onvoorzienbare werking van schadelijke organismen die enkel belangrijke en algemene vernielingen hebben teweeggebracht van gronden, teelten of oogsten, evenals de ziekten en vergiftigingen met uitzonderlijk karakter die, door sterfte of verplichte slachting, belangrijke en veralgemeende verliezen van voor de landbouw nuttige dieren hebben veroorzaakt (landbouwrampen).
