CIP Implementation Plan (in German: UP KRITIS) The CIP Implementation Plan is the initiative for cooperation between the economy and the state in order to protect critical infrastructures in Germany. CIP Implementation Plan (in German: Umsetzungsplan KRITIS) [1].
Resulting from the National Plan for Information Infrastructure Protection (NPSI) published by the BMI in 2005, the CIP Implementation Plan was written in the following years, describing the CIP Implementation Plan, the initiative for cooperation between the economy and the state in order to protect critical infrastructures. The implementation plan was published in 2007 and is replaced by the publication of this document [1].

The National Infrastructure Protection Plan provides the unifying structure for the integration of a wide range of efforts for the enhanced protection and resiliency of the Nation’s critical infrastructure into a single national program [2].
