In France, there are three levels of Protection Plans for Critical Infrastructure Operators. The first one, PSO, concerns a large company that manages several vital infrastructures and its own policy measures of protection. The second one, PPP, concerns each infrastructure that belongs to an operator and who is known as critical (vital). The third one, PPE, is defined by the prefect (State’s representative, see here for more information: [1]) for each CI in order to coordinate the two other plans with civil security forces.

Germany
Resulting from the National Plan for Information Infrastructure Protection (NPSI) published by the BMI in 2005, the CIP Implementation Plan was written in the following years, describing the CIP Implementation Plan, the initiative for cooperation between the economy and the state in order to protect critical infrastructures. The implementation plan was published in 2007 and is replaced by the publication of this document. [3]
