21.10.16: Bug Fix
- Fatal error in main module due to non-deterministic processing of "or" operator. Bug fixed.
11.10.16: Feature
- Code systems allowed as types for property definitions (type of the property will be "concept" with the defined system as the target system)
- If texts in a concept table (#table directive) contain hyperlinks and tooltips, respective HLTML code is rendered for these texts
11.10.16: Bug Fix
- OwS Scanner did not properly validate the syntax of qualified concepts on the right side of a set statement. Further constraints added.

- table directive with .Level property: Additional "}" generated due to wrong stack counter. Bug fixed.

- reference to #package may be added to #table in order to process an obligation on every table row.
