if a property type is set to a code system, the parser takes this system as the search context (there is no need for using the @-operator when assigning a value to this property).

when resolving a default value, type defaults and global defaults were checked in the wrong order. Now global defaults are checked first and only if no explicitly set default value is discovered, the OwS parser will inspect type defaults.
