The following terminologies may be distributed safely in a demo setting when respecting the below mentioned restrictions:

• UCUM (2013) Unified Code for Units of Measure: Copyright Notice and License terms have to be included
• Pathlex-2013-0 code system: without restrictions
• Loinc 2.44: Terms of Use have to be included
• ICD10de-v13 (2013): has to be downloaded from DIMDI
• ICD10de-v15 (2015): has to be downloaded from DIMDI
• Alpha-ID-v13 (2013): has to be downloaded from DIMDI
• Alpha-ID-v15 (2015): has to be downloaded from DIMDI
• Operationen- und Prozedurenschlüssel (2013): has to be downloaded from DIMDI
• Operationen- und Prozedurenschlüssel (2015): has to be downloaded from DIMDI
• MeSH: has to be downloaded from DIMDI; aggreement with Memorandum of Understanding is required.
• FHIR: has to be downloaded from FHIR; third-party artifacts and terminologies (e.g. SNOMED-CT) have to be licensed separately.

The following code systems cannot be distributed due to license and copyright terms:

• ATC_DDD_CodeSystem2015, ATC_DDD_Dafo2013 (2013/2015): the licence has to be granted individually by the Wissenschaftliches Institut der AOK
• ICD10en-v10
• DEMIS
• SnomedCT-20150131 (2015)
• BLS 3.02 (2015): has to be obtained from Max Rubner-Institut; a license is necessary
• DKG Darreichungsformen, Dosierungseinheiten und Hinweistexte
