CTS2-LE SNOMED-CT Loader

The SNOMED CT terminology loader takes a .txt-file as input and maps the contained structures onto the CTS2 information model. Some attributes cannot be derived from the file content but are relevant for administrative tasks. Among these attributes are:

• the uri of the code system (aboutUri): urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.6.96
• the alternative uri of the code system (alternateAboutUri): urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.6.96
• the name of the code system version (resourceID): SnomedCT-20150131
• the group name: SNOMED-CT
• the default language: en
• the name of the graph that represents the code system:urn:cts2:graph#SnomedCT-20150131
• a description of the code system: SNOMED CT has been created by combining SNOMED RT and a computer-based nomenclature and classification known as Read Codes Version 3, which was created on behalf of the U.K. Department of Health.
