CTS2-LE Navigator: Searching for Concepts and Terms

The main entry point for searching for concepts and terms is shown after pressing the Cross-Terminology Search tab. After typing in some search term a suggester box will be displayed beneath the input box. The suggestion consists of a designation of a concept (in boldface), the corresponding terminology identifier, and the code:

In order to restrict the set of terminologies in which terms are searched the user can press the choice button to display and select/deselect terminologies:

Terminology exclusion and grouping can be selected via the in button and the grouping button, respectively.

After entering the search term the following result list is shown:

By selecting the navigable check box one can navigate within the result list according to the sub/super-concept (is-a) relation. For instance, in the result list below the super concepts of MeSh-fever and the super/sub concepts of SnomedCT-fever are selected.
