CTS2-LE Navigator: Managing Terminologies

The navigator provide functionality to directly manage FHIR-based resources, namely terminologies and value sets. The typical lifecycle of such a resource is to load, update and delete it. For this purposes the link System/FHIR Processing on the main navigator tab has to be activated. The following page is shown in the browser:

Loading and Updating a FHIR-based resource

To load a resource the user has to choose a FHIR XML value set file via the Upload File button and to press the Upload Value Set button.

If the value set should be updated, the user has to check the Overwrite check box.

After successful loading the following prompt is shown:

Deleting a FHIR-based resource

To delete a resource the corresponding sub-tab has to be activated which shows a list all deletable resources:

After pressing the Delete button the same prompt as during the load process is shown.
