The image analysis of such datasets remains a challenge. At the inaugural conference of the <a href=\"https:\/\/spatialbiologysociety.eu\/\"><strong>European Society of Spatial Biology<\/strong> (ESSB)<\/a> in December 2024 in Berlin, we presented the various types of spatial analyses that are possible with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mikaia.ai\">MIKAIA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We thank our co-authors from TU Munich and University of Freiburg. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The poster discusses a sequence of potential analysis steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tissue detection<\/strong> and <strong>TMA de-arraying<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Division of TMA cores into two (or more) subsets representing different tumor <strong>subtypes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creation of ROIs<\/strong> by thresholding fluorescent channels with the Mask by Color App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cell segmentation and cell phenotyping<\/strong> with the FL Cell Analysis App\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Especially for higher plexities, we recommend configuring a <strong>cell lineage<\/strong>.
