Als Vision sollen smarte Sensoren durch Ans\u00e4tze der <a href=\"https:\/\/websites.fraunhofer.de\/s-tec\/themenfelder\/kuenstliche-intelligenz-quanten-computing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">K\u00fcnstlichen Intelligenz (KI)<\/a> in der Lage sein, \u00c4nderungen sowie Anomalien in Produktionsprozessen erkennen zu k\u00f6nnen und f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4tssicherung nutzbar zu machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Auswertung der Fehlercodes der Sensoren erfordert explizite Vorkenntnisse \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche Ursachen und Zusammenh\u00e4nge in Produktionsprozessen. Eine M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr die prognostizierende Qualit\u00e4tssicherung ist die Nutzung von Produktionsdaten und Auswertung mittels maschineller Lernverfahren (ML). Eine erste Umsetzung dieser Fragestellung erfolgte mit Produktionsdaten einer Pilotanlage der Firma Balluff. Hierbei wurde untersucht:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>welche ML-Architekturen sich f\u00fcr eine prognostizierende Qualit\u00e4tssicherung durch smarte Sensoren eignen,<\/li><li>ob und mit welcher Architektur eine prozess\u00fcbergreifende Qualit\u00e4tsprognose m\u00f6glich ist,<\/li><li>wie die erlangten Ergebnisse auf vorhandene bzw. zuk\u00fcnftige Hardware von Balluff \u00fcbertragen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"586\" height=\"216\" src=\"https:\/\/websites.fraunhofer.de\/s-tec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/montagelinie-balluff.jpg\" alt=\"Montagelinie der Balluff GmbH\" class=\"wp-image-743\"\/><figcaption>\u00a9 Balluff GmbH; Foto: Albert Dorneich<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektablauf<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Der durch das Unternehmen Balluff zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellte Datensatz einer Pilotproduktionsanlage enth\u00e4lt 170.000 einzelne Bauteil-Vektoren mit jeweils 185 Merkmalen (185 Merkmale pro Vektor). Von diesen sind etwa 130.000 Bauteile als I.O. einzustufen, weitere rund 28.000 als n.I.O. (mit Fehlercodes als Label).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neuronale Netze (NN) und Support Vector Machines (SVM) zur Vorhersage der Fehlercodes in der Produktionslinie wurden durch Optimierung ihrer Parameter an die Aufgabenstellung angepasst. Die SVM zeigten hierbei die besten Ergebnisse. Bei Betrachtung der gesammelten vorhandenen Daten am Ende des Gesamtprozesses wurde eine Entdeckungsrate von 97,2% bei der Klassifizierung von 5 Klassen und eine Entdeckungsrate von 93% f\u00fcr alle 15 Klassen erreicht. Als Ansatz zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung im gesamten Produktionsprozesses wurde ein kaskadierender Klassifizierer zur Fr\u00fcherkennung von Problemen implementiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Innovating automation &#8211; unser globales Versprechen.
