Addivitve Manufacturing Verfahren bieten hier die M\u00f6glichkeit solche Systeme funktionaler zu gestalten, stetig weiterzuentwickeln oder zu personalisieren. Hierbei ist derzeit offen, welche Materialien und Verfahren eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, um die hohen Anforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektablauf<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Innerhalb des Projektes wurden auf Basis einer Anforderungsliste geeignete Materialien und additive Fertigungsverfahren f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von Kunststoffen verglichen, Musterteile gefertigt und evaluiert. Schlussendlich konnte das Fused Layer Modelling als geeignetes Verfahren zur Herstellung gro\u00dfformatiger Bauteile aus Hochleistungsthermoplasten identifiziert und erste Teile erprobt werden. Als Material wurde eine Variante der Klasse der Poyletherimide identifiziert, die den Anforderungen (insb.
