Schwingungs-Analyse im Werkzeugmaschinenbau bietet Vorteile im Bereich der Zustands\u00fcberwachung z.B. im Hinblick auf den Zustand des Werkzeugs. Im Bereich der Prozessoptimierung bei Serienprozessen bietet sich ein deutliches Einsparpotenzial bei gleichzeitiger Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Prozesssicherheit. Beides gelingt nach Stand der Technik durch ausreichend viele Vergleichsmessungen und eine \u00dcberwachung mittels sogenannter \u201eH\u00fcllkurven\u201c. Eine solche H\u00fcllkurvenanalyse zur Zustands\u00fcberwachung bei Bauteilen oder zur Prozessoptimierung bei der Einzelteilfertigung  kommt dabei jedoch an ihre Grenzen. Hierbei kann nur eine <a href=\"https:\/\/websites.fraunhofer.de\/s-tec\/themenfelder\/kuenstliche-intelligenz-quanten-computing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (KI)<\/a> bzw. Maschinelles Lernen (ML) helfen, um Prozessauff\u00e4lligkeiten automatisch zu erkennen und zu bewerten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektablauf<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mithilfe von KI soll der Zustand von Spindeln im laufenden Betrieb ermittelt bzw. \u00fcberwacht werden. Sensordaten aus der Spindel sind bereits verf\u00fcgbar. Dabei zeigen sich speziell bei den Sensordaten der Schwingungssensoren komplexe Muster. Hier wird erwartet, dass sich Prozessauff\u00e4lligkeiten mit Methoden des Maschinellen Lernens im Vergleich zu klassischen Methoden der Prozess\u00fcberwachung fr\u00fchzeitiger erkennen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen des Quick Checks wurden Use-Cases f\u00fcr den Einsatz von Maschinellem Lernen im Betrieb von Werkzeugspindeln erarbeitet. In einem ersten Schritt wurde das Potenzial von vorhandener, integrierter Sensorik evaluiert. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Messdaten sehr gute Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Zustands- und Prozessoptimierung bieten. Anschlie\u00dfend wurden vier Use-Cases aus den Bereichen Spindel\u00fcberwachung, Werkzeug\u00fcberwachung und Prozesszustandserfassung entwickelt. In allen vier Use-Cases hat Maschinelles Lernen eine sehr hohe Relevanz. Die Firma Kessler w\u00e4hlte ein Use-Case aus, bei dem eine ausgepr\u00e4gte Technologieverbesserung erwartet wird.
