Ziel des Zentrums war es, sowohl die KI-Forschung als auch den Technologietransfer von KI und ML in die Anwendung voranzutreiben. Die Erfolge des Zentrums werden seither im <a href=\"https:\/\/websites.fraunhofer.de\/s-tec\/zentren\/ki-fortschrittszentrum-lernende-systeme-und-kognitive-robotik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KI-Fortschrittszentrum \u00bbLernende Systeme und Kognitive Robotik\u00ab<\/a> sowie sowie im Fraunhofer IPA Forschungsbereich K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und Maschinelles Sehen fortgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Bedarf eines Zentrums f\u00fcr CCI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die Vernetzung von Produktionsanlagen und die fortschreitende Digitalisierung werden Daten in gro\u00dfen Mengen verf\u00fcgbar. Ausgewertet und nutzbar gemacht werden die Daten in zunehmendem Ma\u00dfe mit ML- bzw. KI-basierten Verfahren, die beachtliche Vorteile f\u00fcr die Industrie bieten: Zum einen sind Leistungsspr\u00fcnge in der Nutzung von Maschinen und Anlagen in Bezug auf Qualit\u00e4t, Flexibilit\u00e4t und Effizienz zu erwarten. Zum anderen entstehen neue Automatisierungsl\u00f6sungen. Hierbei werden nicht zuletzt mit ML ausgestattete Roboter vermehrt Einzug in alle Arbeits- und Alltagsumgebungen halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forschungsschwerpunkte am CCI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Produktionsprozesse: Optimierung und Regelung von Produktionsprozessen mittels KI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualit\u00e4tssicherung: Automatisierung manueller Pr\u00fcfprozesse, Parametrierung von optischen Pr\u00fcfsystemen, automatisierte Messdatenauswertung, selbstlernende Defekterkennung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robotik: Optimierter Griff-in-die-Kiste, Erkennung von Menschen und Objekten, neue Montagel\u00f6sungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Umgebungserfassung: Gestenerkennung f\u00fcr manuelle Montageprozesse, Dokumentation von manuellen Laborprozessen, Fr\u00fchwarnsystem f\u00fcr den Reinraum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Zentrumspartner des CCI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-v4core-logowall LogoWall-wrapper is-style-large\"><div class=\"LogoWall\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-v4core-logowall-item LogoWall-item\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"184\" height=\"50\" src=\"https:\/\/websites.fraunhofer.de\/s-tec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Logo_IPA_184px.png\" alt=\"Fraunhofer IPA Logo\" class=\"wp-image-1117\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zusammenarbeit am CCI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Zentrum f\u00fcr Cyber Cognitive Intelligence stand produzierenden Unternehmen und deren Ausr\u00fcstern, vom Start-Up bis zum Konzern und insbesondere dem Mittelstand als zentraler Ansprechpartner, f\u00fcr die Technologieberatung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von KI-Projekten zur Verf\u00fcgung. Um erste KI-L\u00f6sungen testen und ausarbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen, profitierten Unternehmen nicht nur von der zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten leistungsf\u00e4higen IT-Infrastruktur und den verschiedenen Laboren, sondern auch vom Fachwissen der beteiligten Wissenschaftler*innen. In diesem Zusammenhang wurden weit mehr als 70 Quick Checks mit diversen Unternehmen realisiert. Dieses erfolgreiche Format der Zusammenarbeit wird nun nach dem \u00dcbergang in das KI-Fortschrittszentrum dort weitergef\u00fchrt.
