Das R\u00fcckgrat unseres Ansatzes ist die Berechnung eines longitudinalen Tumorbaums. Wir f\u00fchren eine auf Deep Learning basierende Segmentierung aller L\u00e4sionen f\u00fcr jeden Zeitpunkt in CT-Follow-up-Studien durch. Anschlie\u00dfend werden die Folgestudienbilder registriert, um eine Korrespondenz zwischen den Studien herzustellen und die Tumoren zwischen den Zeitpunkten zu verfolgen, was zu baumartigen Beziehungen f\u00fchrt. Der Tumorbaum kodiert die Komplexit\u00e4t des individuellen Krankheitsverlaufs.
