==ASE-Definition (dt.)==
Ein Wirkprinzip bezeichnet eine Art der Wandlung von Energie, Stoff und Information, die beim Konstruieren als Lösungsmöglichkeit für eine Teil[[funktion]] eines [[Produkt]]s genutzt werden kann. Ein Wirkprinzip ergibt sich aus der Kombination von

* physikalischen Effekten (z. B. Reibung, magnetische oder elektrostatische Anziehung/Abstoßung),
* den von den Interaktionspartnern durchgeführten Relativbewegungen, sowie
* der Anordnung und den Eigenschaften der beteiligten [[Wirkflächenpaar]]e und [[Leitstützstrukturen]].

A working principle refers to a type of the transformation of energy, material and information that can be used in construction as a solution possibility for a sub-function of a product. A working principle results from the combination of

* (solution-neutral) physical effects (e.g. friction, magnetic or electrostatic attraction/repulsion),
* the constitution and arrangement of working surface pairs and carrier support structures and
* the motion executed by the interaction partners.
