==ASE-Definition (dt.)==
[[Überwachtes Lernen]] und [[Unüberwachtes Lernen]] stellen Methoden des Statistischen Lernens dar. Anhand dieser Methoden wird die Vielseitigkeit für den Einsatz deutlich, denn sowohl qualitative als auch quantitative Variablen können hiermit analysiert werden. Aufgrund der statistischen Funktionen, die bei solchen Anwendungen verwendet werden, kommt dieser Begriff zu seinem Namen.

==ASE-Definition (engl.)==
Supervised learning and unsupervised learning are methods of statistical learning. Based on these methods, the versatility for use becomes clear, because both qualitative and quantitative variables can be analyzed with this. Based on the statistical functions that are used in such applications, this term gets its name.
