Implizite [[Modell]]e beinhalten individuelles Wissen und Fähigkeiten (Alavi und Leidner 2001). Als implizites oder mentales Modell wird hier die Modellvorstellung im Kopf von Konstrukteur(innen) verstanden. Dieses Modell liegt zumindest teilweise unbewusst vor und kann sowohl qualitatives als auch quantitatives Wissen beinhalten (Meboldt et al. 2012).<br />

Implicit models contain individual knowledge and skills (Alavi and Leidner 2001). The implicit or mental model is understood here as the model conception in the head of the designer.
