Die Wissenschaft Computern ein Sehvermögen zu geben wird als Computer oder Machine Vision betitelt. Sehvermögen ist grundlegen für Intelligenz, so umfasst sie auch das Erinnern, Abschätzen, Erkennen und Begründen und ist wichtig für die Koordination von Bewegungen.
