In addition, ARCH has identified a number of other helpful resources, including from its sister projects <a href=\"https:\/\/shelter-project.com\/\">SHELTER<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hyperion-project.eu\/\">HYPERION<\/a>, that can help to ease the resilience building process or provide helpful information and examples on resilience building in different contexts.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; min_height=&#8221;37.8px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>ARCH Tools<\/h3>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_tabs admin_label=&#8221;Registerkarte&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; min_height=&#8221;168.3px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;ARCH HArIS\/THIS&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Historic Area Information Management System HArIS<\/strong> and the <strong>Threats and Hazard Information Management System THIS<\/strong> are web-based geo-information dashboards that allow to explore data about the condition of historic areas as well as information about past, current, and future hazards. These dashboards enable the identification of relevant information for deciding on the scope and resolution of risk and resilience assessments, support the calculation of risk indexes, and monitor the condition of historic areas. HArIS and THIS are bundled together in and can be access via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cs.ingv.it\/ARCHPortal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ARCH Portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;ARCH DSS&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/app.powerbi.com\/view?r=eyJrIjoiYmM1MTRiMzQtMjlhOC00NDYyLWI2NTUtZTRmNTJjYzZlMTk3IiwidCI6ImYwMTQxOGE2LTA4YmMtNDdmZC1iNDQwLTZjZDcwMTgzZDEzMyIsImMiOjh9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ARCH Decision support system ARCH DSS<\/strong><\/a> is a collection of risk evaluation dashboards that use the information provided by HArIS and THIS for indicator-based vulnerability and risk assessments of historic areas under different hazard scenarios (historic, future, and artificial). They support the identification and assessment of resilience measures and strategies as well as risk monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>The risk information dashboards are developed to the specific needs of each individual historic area.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;ARCH RMI&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/app.powerbi.com\/view?r=eyJrIjoiNDA2ZGRhOTMtMDc5MS00ZWEwLTg5NWEtYzdlYWYyZjI1ZTQ0IiwidCI6ImIyMzViNjdjLWJmNDgtNDY3MS1iMWExLWRhNDQ0YzFiZWY2NiIsImMiOjh9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resilience Measures Inventory RMI<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>is a database of over 200 measures that can support building-up local heritage resilience. It is design to help with the identification and comparison of individual measures (e.g. in terms of co-benefits, implementation scale, adressed hazards, or disaster risk management phase in which a measure can be applied).<\/p>\n<p>The RMI contains mainly measures to address flooding, extreme heat and heatwaves, drought and water scarcity, as well as earthquakes, but it also contains a few measures addressing landslides, soil erosion and biological activity.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;ARCH RPVT&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/rpvt.arch.urban.tecnalia.dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Resilience Pathway Visualisation Tool RPVT<\/strong><\/a> is a web-based tool that allows to visually construct implementation pathways for resilience measures, i.e. which resilience measures have to be implemented in which sequence to raise the resilience to a certain level until a certain time. It also allows to assess and compare alternative resilience pathways.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;ARCH RAD&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/arch.iais.fraunhofer.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ARCH Resilience Assessment Dashboard RAD<\/strong><\/a> is an online self-assessment tool in the form of a questionnaire covering various aspects of resilience including climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, and heritage management. It allows to assess the current resilience level of a historic area and enables users to monitor the resilience building process over time as well as to formulate action plans for countermeasures and improvements. The ARCH RAD is specifically designed as a multi-stakeholder tool to combine efforts of practitioners from municipal administrations, service providers, policy makers, and other local and regional stakeholders in resilience assessment and improvement.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][\/et_pb_tabs][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the more technical tools above, ARCH also developed and adapted a Risk Scenario Toolbox to support with co-identification, co-prioritization, and co-development of risk scenarios.
