Large scale events => Environmental Awareness

The objectives of this phase are to re-define the showcase given the large amount of results already achieved in Large-Scale Events. The showcase focus is re-directed to “Environmental Awareness” using the same demonstrator components. We developed the initial environmental awareness prototypes. In the showcase we continue the aim of supporting active spectatorship focusing on three aspects:

The aim of the showcase is to develop and evaluate applications of mixed reality technologies that support these three aspects. The showcase will assemble Mixed Reality technologies in four different components that complement each other and that by the end of the IPCity project will be developed in an integrated demonstrator including a

The evaluation will determine which of these components are more promising and in which way the mixed reality feature support presence in Environmental Awareness Events or activities.
