Approval procedure
The approval procedure to start a CMM utilisation project must be regarded from 2 main positions.
1) The mine owner operats the utilisation plant
2) A third party operats the utilisation plant
Mine owner operats utlisation plant
In this case the mine produce the CMM and utilised it. The products heat and power will be consumed by the mime itself. So there will be no real contracting problem to feeding of fuel and for the consumption of products.
Third party as Operator

In this case the utilised CMM would be produced by a mine near by. So there mus be a contract about delivery of CMM to the utilisation installation. Specially for CMM there could not be a garanty for quantity and quality of the gas. The quality depence on the mining situation of the mine. There a big influences by:
- gas content in the digged coal
- Quantity of coal production
- market for coal
- interruption of coal producting by technical faults
