CTS2-LE Supported Terminologies

Many widely used terminologies are only available in a proprietary format and therefore need specific loaders that map this proprietary format onto the CTS2 data model. This section lists the main terminologies which are recently supported.

CTS2-LE currently provides specific loaders for the following terminologies:

• International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10-GM) - Version 2021
• Alpha-ID - an identification number for diagnoses - Version 2021
• The German procedure classification (Operationen- und Prozedurenschlüssel - OPS) - Version 2021
• Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), with german terms added - Version 2018
• HL7-v3- and FHIR- value sets (R4)
• Unified Code for Units of Measure (UCUM) - Version 2013
• Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC) - Version 2.64
• SNOMED CT - Version 2015
