CIPRNet project

The CIPRNet project [1] uses the following definition:

Two infrastructures are logically dependent if the state of each depends on the state of the other via a mechanism that is not a physical, cyber, or geographic connection. [2]


DIESIS project

The DIESIS project [3] gives the following definition:
