DIESIS project

The DIESIS project gives the following definition:

European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures

A policy making body for Research Infrastructures on a European Level. National Representatives. The role of ESFRI is to support a coherent approach to policy-making on research infrastructures in Europe, and to act as an incubator for international negotiations about concrete initiatives. ESFRI generates biannual Road Maps http://cordis.europa.eu/esfri/roadmap.htm.
