Cybersecurity capacity building cover a broad range of activities including training but also having the appropriate organisation, facilities and national-level policy (strategy, rules, processes, guidance) to deliver a useful capability. [1]

Cybersecurity capacity building is a way to empower individuals, communities and governments to achieve their developmental goals by reducing digital security risks stemming from access and use of Information and Communication Technologies. [2]
