UNDRR

UNISDR refers to "Critical facilities" as

the primary physical structures, technical facilities and systems which are socially, economically or operationally essential to the functioning of a society or community, both in routine circumstances and in the extreme circumstances of an emergency. [1]

Critical facilities are considered as elements of the infrastructure that support essential services in a society.

Points critiques: Les réseaux principaux, les installations techniques et autres systèmes qui sont essentiels d’un point de vue social, économique ou opérationnel au fonctionnement d’une société ou d’une communauté, aussi bien au quotidien qu’en situation d’urgence. [2]


Жизненно важные объекты: Ключевые объекты материальной инфраструктуры, технические сооружения и системы, которые играют жизненно важную роль в социальном, экономическом и функциональном отношении для существования общества или общины как в обычных обстоятельствах, так и в условиях чрезвычайной ситуации. [3]


Instalaciones vitales: Las estructuras físicas, instalaciones técnicas y sistemas principales que son social, económica u operativamente esenciales para el funcionamiento de una sociedad o comunidad, tanto en circunstancias habituales como extremas durante una emergencia. [4]


المرافق الحساسة : الأنشطة الإدارية التي تعنى بالتقليل من، أو معالجة المخاطر القائمة. [5]


Kerentanan: Karakteristik dan kondisi sebuah komunitas, sistem atau aset yang membuatnya cenderung terkena dampak merusak yang diakibatkan ancaman bahaya. [6]


Kemudahan – kemudahan kritikal: Ulasan: Kemudahan kritikal adalah infrastruktur yang menyokong perkhidmatan penting dalam masyarakat. Ia termasuk sistem pengangkutan, udara dan laut, bekalan elektrik, air, sistem komunikasi, hospital, klinik kesihatan, bomba, polis dan perkhidmatan pentadbiran awam. [7]


Kritikal na mga Pasilidad: Ang mga pangunahing pisikal na istruktura, teknikal na mga pasilidad at sistema na mahalaga sa lipunan at ekonomya at sa paggana ng lipunan at komunidad, sa ordinaryo mang takbo ng buhay at maging sa matitinding pangkagipitang sitwasyon. [8]

Installation indispensable : Installation qui est d'importance capitale pour qu'une société ou une collectivité puisse mener ses activités quotidiennes et dont la compromission aurait de graves conséquences sur son fonctionnement efficace. [10]

Philippines

Critical facilities: The primary physical structures, technical facilities and systems which are socially, economically or operationally essential to the functioning of a society or community, both in routine circumstances and in the extreme circumstances of an emergency. They include such things as transport systems, air and sea ports, electricity, water and communications systems, hospitals and health clinics, and centers for fire, police, and public administration services.
